Hi When ever any popup comes, there is one message comes below address bar and allow us to take decision, that message bar just flashes and disappearing, so that I am unable to make changes to allow particular site to allow popup.

Sorry for delay in response, I am just uploading one small video, please see popup notification just displays for fraction of sec and it get vanish later no clue so I was unable to add exception ,
