on a 15 inch screen, i like to put it on full screen mode, but when I hit the top of the screen, it reduces the screen, but forgets to show my personnal toolbar, which is dumb, since it's the sites I use the most...

Can anyone help me with that ?

Are you sure you are clicking on the right button? If it is bleeding over that would be a screen resolution setting issue.
