I have double and triple boxes on one of my accounts and unable to unsubscribe or delete them I.E 2 deleted boxes,3 junk boxes,sent messenger,sent,sent mail. When sending a message a copy to sent file is rejected. I can understand that since with duplicate boxes it doesn't know where to send. I have 3 accounts all settings are the same but continue to have problems with just one .

I know nothing more than what a google search of the term will show.


But I do suggest you take a screen capture of your current folders as they appear in Thunderbird and upload it as an image so someone here can see what you are seeing.
