When I pressed download button in the Google play, it said "DF-DFERH-01 Error occurred while getting information from server". Also when I searched Google Play for FireFox, it said " Not found". Does it mean my mobile device is not compatible for FireFox for Android? Following is my mobile device.

Hi

I should be able to help you with this:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Select the ALL tab, search for Google Play Store and tap to open it.
  4. Tap Force stop
  5. Tap Clear cache
  6. Tap Clear Data
  7. Now, open Play Store and it will work normally.

I hope that this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Thank you for your advice. I finally downloaded FireFox to my tablet.

I followed your advice but still not successful. The problem was not Google Play Store, but was my account given by my company. My account was not permitted to download any apps from Google Play Store. I applied to my boss and got permission. Then my tablet started downloading.

Without your advice, I must have believed the problem to be Google Play Store. Thank you for your help.
