Newly installed on Windows 10. All I get is what looks like Foxfire Beta on my phone. No tool bars, menu bars, etc. Nothing like what I had on Vista. ?????

My computer with Vista crashed. Now have Windows 10, installed Mozilla and get nothing like I had. Realize there will be changes. All I get is what looks like Foxfire Beta on my phone. No tool bars, menu bars, etc. Is this the new Firefox? Can I recover my bookmarks somehow? I now have a folder that is labeled Old Firefox Data, but it is empty.

Hi, sorry having issues. You can restore the Firefox Menu Bar and Bookmarks Toolbar by mousing to the top of the Browser to a empty spot and Right Click and Check the Menu Bar.

If there's no data in the OldFirefoxData file please check to see if you have 2 Profiles :

If there is :

You can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.

Thanks for your response and urls. I still cannot find my bookmarks from my crashed computer. I was hoping when I downloaded Firefox to this computer my account would appear in tact. Alas, no. Thanks, again.
