I alredy try tu use Safe mode (it was described by other users) I already deleted files xulstore.json and Localstore.rdf. I refreshed firefox. I reinstallled it.

I open firefox, I can see it at Windows taskbar but I can't make it visible on my desktop.

it sounds like it is off the edge of the desktop does pressing the "task view" icon on the taskbar bring in to view?

if that fails to work you could try you will be doing it blind though.

Right-click the icon in the taskbar and select Open New Window. If a new window opens, close the first icon using right-click.
