I have someone that has to go back into their Sent mail a lot to look at attachments they sent. When they try to open the attachment in their Sent mail it comes up as nsmail.tmp. Why is that?

nsmail.tmp is the name of the file created in the temp folder when you click send.

My guess is they are using an anti virus that is simply too aggressive.

They have McAfee installed. I'll do the things it says and give you an update.

I disabled everything in McAfee and I'm still having the same issue.
