I have two separate Windows user log-ins on my laptop, a user for personal use and a user with a "clean" desktop for work use. Truth be told I often do much of my work through my personal user, but there are times when I am face to face with clients and need to have a professional, clean, presentable screen at these times.

In order to seamlessly be able to switch between one and another log-in I've set my Thunderbird profile to use a folder in the C:/ directory, above the C:/user sub-directory. It works perfectly for all my emails, but for some reason calendar info isn't being shared. I looked around was under the impression that the calendar information should be stored all in the same profile location that I manually set. So I'm not sure why Thunderbird appears to be maintaining separate calendars from either user. Any help appreciated.

The calendar in Thunderbird itself, stores its data in a folder called "calendar-data" in the Profile folder. So for your setup, it will be the same for your two Windows users, because you are using just the one Profile folder.

If you are using a calendar that is not the one in Thunderbird, then it is not a Thunderbird issue.
