Can´t send messages, get error "outbound server ist not known for unknown reason"?

In swedish: Det gick inte att skicka meddelandet. Meddelandet kunde inte skickas med hjälp av utgående server (SMTP) mail.t3.se av okänd anledning. Kontrollera att dina inställningar för utgående server (SMTP) är korrekta och försök igen. In English: The message could not be sent. Message could not be send with help from outbound server (SMTP) mailt3.se for unknown reason. Check your settings for outbound server (SMTP) is correct and try again.

What´s the problem?

Is that the server mail.t3.se in not found. Or The server mail.t3.se can not send mail for an unknown reason?

The first sounds like an issue I am facing with Windows 10 DNS where mail servers periodically are simply not found, but immediately clicking send again sends the mail with out error.

I now recieved a new error: You set aside how Thunderbird identify this webbsite, Certification Status: This website try to identify with invalid information.

Could not receive identify-status from thsi website.

After that I tried one more time and got the first error.

reconfigure your smtp/pop/imap settings for outgoing. Try different port or that configuration is correct.
