Can't locate Menu Icon To Change Pop-Up Blocker Settings
I am trying to change my pop-up blocker settings but the menu icon does not show the options icon to reach content to get to pop-up changing options.

Thank you for the assistance but for the life of me cannot find the tools Icon to click on?
You can also type about:preferences<enter> in the address bar.
