hello Solh, this is not a general issue - can you describe in a little bit more detail what happens if you try to play content on netflix/youtube (are there any error messages?, just blank screens where the video is supposed to run?)
in addition could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
