Firefox Portable isn't published by Mozilla, it is a repackaged version originated by PortableApps.com for Windows OS's. There are other publisher's who have created MacOSX and Linus versions of Firefox Portable. Google search for Portable Firefox for Linux

The Windows version can be used on Linux thru Wine. Or look thru that Google search for a portable version created by a Linux user or user group.
