Android on Galaxy S24 Ultra. Recently, swipe left or right has a tendency to engage a "pull down" causing the swipe action to reset / cancel because the app thinks I'm pulling down when I'm not.

I have downloaded Thunderbird on my phone today as BT email has stopped working on Android 10 phones. I have Thunderbird on my PC but have not used my PC for awhile. But I managed to sign up with no problems and I believe all my messages are available in my inboxes. However, there are no emails in my sent, and other folders.. they have not been synched. How do I do that?
