I'm trying to read an article on my tablet and i use Reader View, but the icon isn't showing up. I've tried changing whether the site is in desktop mode or mobile mode and it doesn't make a difference. But I know the article is compatible because the reader view icon shows up when i open the article on my laptop. If it didn't give me a massive headache to read on my laptop, I'd just do that, but the entire reason i got the tablet was for college reading assignments. Which I can't do. Because Reader View isn't working and the font on the article is really hard for me to read without it.

I used to have a Canon printer and could print from Firefox on Android. I now have an HP and printing silently fails. I can print from Chrome but not Firefox.

If I go to Settings/Connections/More Connection Settings/Printing, it shows the print job still there even a day later.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?

Maybe some setting in chrome://geckoview/content/config.xhtml?

Hi - I initially googled this issue and found that it's already been raised several times on these forums and received a response along the lines of "This is a feature, not a bug" and marked as solved - but respectfully, it's a downright awful feature, and I believe it ought to be resolved.

Trying to search for specific items in browser history on Android is functionally useless. Rather than displaying a complete list of all webpages that match the search term in reverse chronological order, like it does when searching History on Desktop, it shows a seeming random selection of "suggestions" plucked from your history across all of time.

E.g.: When searching "https://support.mozilla.org", it doesn't show literally any of the dozens of pages I've been looking at on these forums for the past half hour, but instead six different suggested iterations of the same info page I last visited years ago.

There have been countless times now where I, for example, will try to search for this very thread next week, too far to manually scroll back through all my history, and be unable to find it because all that comes up are irrelevant "suggestions." Instead, I have to open up my laptop and search for the page in the browser history there, *then* (if it's, say, a recipe I wanted to have on my phone while I cook) send it *back* to my phone!

It's incredibly frustrating and is really making me want to uninstall the Firefox app and go back to Chrome.

Amazon A to Z is not working in my Firefox browser. I can open the website, but I cannot use it properly. Please help me find out why Amazon A to Z is not working in Firefox and how I can fix it.

My problem has been for over a year Google not keeping up with my passwords and now Microsoft not keeping up with password they can give me a password I can change my password today and tomorrow they would not have the password so I found something that should be more reliable because it takes me way too long to get signed into stuff so I need access to my password so I can switch over to bid War so I'm not dealing with humans then I'm dealing with I'm still dealing with box so y'all don't have a community either community means human beings not start off with robots and then get to a human being community means I get to talk to somebody like me

I have tried to change the default browser, but am met with a screen saying Firefox.

I have been asked by my employer to process a form of ID, and it only works with Safari and Google. Safari is obviously out, but how to set Google as my default, please?

I want to add Firefox as a search engine. But there's not a search engine on your settings. You use Google Bing DuckDuckGo. Why don't you have a search engine that says Firefox? That's my question.

I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment with my doctor today. When I clicked on the link, I was asked to give permission to access video and mic on my phone. When I said yes, I was then asked if Firefox could record the conversation. When I said, "no" the program just looped back to the initial question, and the screenshot ability was disabled on my phone.

I subsequently spoke with my doctor and he was not OK with being recorded, neither am I. I believe this is a violation of HIPAA. Please address this issue. Even your search assistant says this is potentional violation.

 I am facing a problem with download and save in mozilla Firefox on my Android mobile.

When I try to download any file (PDF, image, resume) the download starts but it show "download failure" and the file is not getting saved in my phone stories. I have good internet and and enough storage space.

I have tried cleaning Firefox cache and data, but the issue is still the same. please help me to fix this download and save problem
