Lost my audio on Firefox. All movies and web site videos SILENT

Strange exceptions: e.g., can't ear video on youtube.com; BUT, CAN hear it if web page has LINK to YouTube!?!? SOME Twitter videous have audio; others are silent

How do I turn Firefox audio back ON?

After a PC reboot, when I launched firefox, all of my data was gone (extensions, bookmarks, passwords, etc) and it was as if I was launching Firefox for the first time. I wasn't sure if something happened to cause firefox to become corrupted, so I did a complete reinstall (uninstalled firefox + deleted all mozilla folders + deleted mozilla registry entries).

After reinstalling, Firefox now does not ask where to save files. Both "Always ask you where to save files" and "Ask whether to open or save files" are enabled in firefox settings. browser.download.alwaysOpenInSystemViewerContextMenuItem , browser.download.alwaysOpenPanel , and browser.download.always_ask_before_handling_new_types in about:config are all true as well.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue and get firefox working as normal?

gmail wants eat my cookies and will not let me play because I have them blocked. I restarted my computer but changed nothing since yesterday when gmail was perfectly happy with my crumbs?

Here is my situation. Firefox 145.0.2 is NOT open. A link from another app (like Thunderbird) opens Firefox, but it opens without a title bar. How can I make it open Firefox with a title bar?
