I had opened a support ticket #447010 with Mozella support and they told me that they can not help me, and sent me here. I am "dead in the water" so to speak. It appears that since Firefox downloaded update 153.0(20260715202819) I have had many issues that appear to be getting worse by the day, and now I cannot open or run my email app. I have not wrote down all the errors (sorry) but here are a couple: 431 Request Header Fields too large, the application is having trouble connecting to the server, unable to load the email from Mozella support. After the update (153.0) my bookmarks have moved to somewhere, the sign on for my email app has changed ( use to click on the firefox icon on the bottom tool bar and the sign in box for optonline.net would be there. I understand that sometimes updates (new and improved) make changes to what users have use to for years. Now is have a browser that is not functional and needs to be corrected, I trust you can help and get this sysem usable again, because right now it is not usable. I presume if and when you respond to me issues it will be at this location and not an email. Please help. Thank you

I am unable to access email or sign in to optonlinei.net. I opened a ticket with Mozilla support #447010, they responded and I can open the email. A couple of error messages; 431 request header field too large, the application is having trouble connecting to the server..The layout has changed since this update, bookmarks have move some where, start up has changed, clicking Firefox no longer brings up email sign info. Something has really messed something up that once was so nice and convenient. May someone can help or correct. I am running windows 11 on a hp desk top and have run Firefox four years.

There is a site I visit regularly that will not connect. I get an error 429 code. This doesn't happen with any other site I've used recently, and I can access the site with my iPad. I've tried clearing cookies and restarting the computer, but still can't get to this site. Any ideas?

Getting around 20ms for DNS lookups so thats not the issue. Why do I see Error Code: NS_ERROR_OFFLINE maybe once every several days when this Firefox has never been in offline mode and never will be? Env is MacOS 26.5.2 with current Firefox installed.

Have cleared browser cashe and rebooted, all to no effect,so how can I complete an upload of requested information if I can't get through and keep getting the 403 error message?

I have tried to respond multiple times over the past 24 hours to reply using this URL that appears when I click on the view and reply link in the email.

Halfway through today I'm unableto access three sites which I use regularly.using a VPN: 1337X.TO EZTVX.TO THEPIRATEBAY.ORG

Getting the error message:

I am able to access THEPIRATEBAY.ORG with Opera <ptooh> so the site itself obviously doesn't have a problem.

I've tried changng my VPN location from the UK to Amsterdam, NL and to Washington, USA but none of those locations have helped.

My wife needsher daily fix of American soaps and Police dramas which never get to us here in the UK

How can I get around this, I really don't want to go down the TOR route unless I absolutely have to.

attempted to reach this site in my Mac "https://www.copera.org/" and get this error in return. Works when on my iphone no problem. I have in the past been able to reach this site on this same computer so i dont know what has changed or how to fix this issue. Any help would be apprciated.
