I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. Previously I'd click on STAR symbol (Edit this Bookmark) on Bookmark Toolbar, then under Location choose folder I wish, click Save and the new URL would go to that folder. Now it will not. I have to go to Recently Bookmarked and left click and drag it to the folder I wish. Above in Manage Bookmarks it is in there. Show Editor when Saving is checked. What settings do I need to change to return the the simple way of saving? Went to Trouble Shooting Page, Cleared the Cache, but too much lost if I refresh. don't understand Text or Raw Data. I only have a couple of apps, but what to do to save them?

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

Logging in to Twitter/X is no longer possible as of a couple of days ago. After entering the username, pressing the "Next" button does nothing. Using the Desktop or Mobile version of the site makes no difference.

Default homepage is yahoo. Since the update to version 149, if I do a search from yahoo, the new tab that opens with the search result is blank most of the time. I have to click reload for the search results to show up.

Is anybody else having that problem? Seems to be yahoo search specific but not 100% sure.

I've rebooted, even did a hard reboot, total 3 times, tried system restore, 1 hour past update, deleted Firefox, reinstalled, still "in use", deleted Norton, still same. Reinstalled norton. There NO BUTTON, SWITCH, there! I can File, new blank page, still nothing. Sort of reminds me of automakers, all look alike! Left side, simple, turn on sc or import, at the opening first time, import short cuts and bookmarks from previous page, turn off Newsweek. Simple, without the hassle of now, those that have cleared, happy for you! For me same thing at the top, yellow bar, "in use!"

Hello, I am having a problem with Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10.

Firefox sometimes keeps loading continuously and some websites do not open properly or take a very long time to load. My internet connection is working normally, and the same websites may work better in another browser.

I have tried closing and reopening Firefox, restarting my computer, and refreshing the website, but the problem still happens.

Please help me check what may be causing this problem and how I can repair or reset Firefox without losing my bookmarks, passwords, and important data.

I'm witnessing Memory leak > Thunderbird who usually use 800MB jumps to Gb up to 60Gb

It makes this version unusable.

I use to be able to get my charter.net email messages by going to the Thunderbird icon, but now I get an error message saying there is a connectivity problem. Please help.

I have not been able to get my emails today from Charter on my desktop. Everything was working fine yesterday but nothing in coming through today. It looks like it might load, message that it is downloading 1 of 26 and then says nothing to download. I look on Charter website and there are current emails to download but Thunderbird must have a glitch. I have been on the phone with Charter twice, all the settings are correct for incoming and outgoing ports.

I have looked at the settings in Thunderbird and they are correct. I can get the emails on my iPad and iPhone with the Thunderbird app but not the desktop.

Can anyone give me some direction of where to check next?
