firefox hangs up when using google search. once it hangs up i can't access other web sites.

using firefox version 10.0.2, i don't know if the problem started when i upgraded to the latest version. i can use Yahoo search - no problem.

Also, I can’t boot up internet explorer 8. It starts to load and then asks if I want to start a new session or go to home page. If I select either, the tab shows it loading but nothing happens, it does not complete the loading. In clicking on the “debug” link I get the following error signal. Version 8.0.6001.18702 Sz ModName: hungapp
