When I try to start Command Center the start applet tells me I'm missing the required plug in, gives me a download button but nothing downloads when the button is clicked on. I called TDAmeritrade tech support and they told me that they have had that problem reported numerous times before with the only solution being to uninstall Firefox 8 and install an older version. I did that and installed 3.6 but am now told that 3.6 has security issues and soon will no longer be supported by Mozilla. What can I do to resolve this issue.
