I restarted my browser to update and lost all of my information and bookmarks, and my account now says that I didn't have backup to restore everything, so how do I get Firefox to restore my information?
Restarted my browser to update, and it 1. crashed my computer, and 2. erased all of my bookmarks and previous information. When I tried to log back in, it said that I couldn't restore anything and that I didn't have an account with my information already attached, even though I've been using FireFox and have saved bookmarks for years. How do I get it back? I know it exists somewhere, so I don't understand why I can't find it in the app now. It doesn't make any sense why it would seemingly crash my computer, too. Please help.
