i haven't downloaded anything it comes preinstalled in plugins section

Note that the OpnH264 plugin only is used for playing H.264 videos in WebRTC.

What OS? Try downloading another copy of Firefox, run it from the folder and check the status of the plugin. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
