When you search for video or pictures using the Yandex search engine in Mozilla, tried different versions, on the Windows in the list of videos instead of thumbnails (thumbnails) of the icon in a torn white sheet. What does it mean and how to restore the original view?

I am attaching a screenshot where you can see the problem. Tried different versions, starting with 56, is now 57. 0. 2 64-bit.

The problem arose suddenly, previously, the thumbnails in the video list was correct when using the search engine Yandex.

Thank you!

Could this just be a glitch coming from Yandex ?

Please empty your Cache and delete any cookies related to Yandex and 3rd party cookies that Yandex uses as sometimes images are located some where else.

If still issues please TEST Firefox in Safe Mode : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

If can see images is possibly your Extensions and or Profile.

Make a new Profile and Test https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I notice a shield icon in the location/address bar. This indicates that Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can check in the Web Console what content this is about.

Firefox 42+ has a Tracking Protection feature that is enabled by default in Private Browsing mode. Firefox can show a shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar that some content is blocked by Tracking Protection, click the shield icon for more information.

You can disable this feature in "Options/Preferences -> Privacy" or via the about:privatebrowsing page that get when you open a New Private Window.

Hello!

Bug when using search engine Yandex? Don't know, but before such glitch was not, in this case. In the browser settings Mozilla clear the cache, but how and where to find cookies Yandex? In safe mode start, the problem is the same. You can see in the screenshots. A new profile does not change the problem. What information about the browser You need to understand what's going on?

The computer has two flashplayer, because of them the problem? The screenshot shows.

Thank you for your response! You can solve the problem through one access? If you tell me, how do You access the rest, I will.

26.11.2017 flashplayer updated to version 27 27.0.0.187 NPAPI this flash is visible in the plugin settings flash player in Mozilla. See other screenshots. 16.12.2017 updated flash player to version 28 PPAPI 28.0.0.126, but this version in the plugin settings flash in the browser is not visible. Perhaps this is the cause of the problem? Do I need need to uninstall older versions of flash plerre after updating flash player?

I read that the Mozilla browser will not support NPAPI platform for plugins I HAVE installed 64-bit Mozilla. How will this affect the operation of the flash player? As in the settings of the browsers to choose the plugin PPAPI? Instead, in the settings NPAPI, although installed on the computer and 27 NPAPI, and PPAPI 28. Read about the transitional version of the browser. But what about those who have Win 64? Japanese version of the browser and plugins to use to view? Thank you!
