I opened a Thunderbird account and attached to my website. It ONLY allowed me to send out and not receive emails. I did everything according to Thunderbird Instructions. I finally gave up and closed my Thunderbird account thinking that would help. I have access to my old server and can send but I STILL CANNOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS.....

I REALLY WANT MY EMAIL ACCOUNT RETURNED AS IT NOW AFFECTS ALL 7-EMPLOYEES AS WELL.

What can I do? I need this emails, they are all attached to my website url mail system.

I really need an answer and THUNDERBIRD NEVER ANSWERS ANYTHING! dAVID

Lets see. I suppose I must address this point by point.

There is no such thing. Thunderbird is a mail client which can retreive mail from a mail account and send mail using the credentials provided via that same mail server.

It ONLY allowed me to send out and not receive emails.

A common issue, usually related to incorrect server settings, or anti virus programs that think they know mail. But without an installed set of settings a moot point.

I did everything according to Thunderbird Instructions.

What does that mean? you put your email address and password into a wizard?

I finally gave up and closed my Thunderbird account thinking that would help.

As I said earlier. There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. So I really have no idea what you closed.

As You are not using Thunderbird and your issue is with a server I strongly suggest you contact the folk that administer that server. Perhaps they can understand what you have done.

If you do not have Thunderbird running, then this issue is not in any way related to Thunderbird or your use of it.

I really have no idea who your are claiming never answers anything. This is you first post in this forum with this user identification. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/davntuk

Perhaps you could shed some light on what or whom you are talking about here.
