Made an upate on 10/14/14 and when I open firefox the window is black and I can't see the menu bar or the other bars either, I can see in the bottom that a page is loading but its also just a black bar, if a click where the menu should be, It seems to open but it's also black no letter, nothing, thanks in advance

You likely need to update your graphics card driver. If that doesn't work, start Firefox in Safe Mode (with the shift key held down) and turn off hardware acceleration. (menu ≡ > options > advanced > general )

Could you try starting Firefox in its Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

With Firefox fully closed, you can hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

Any difference?

If Firefox is visible, go ahead and disable Firefox's use of hardware acceleration as a workaround for a possible graphics card driver software incompatibility.

"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"

That will be in effect the next time you exit and start Firefox back up.
