These users are unable to download these updates. {note} '''Note:''' If you have the orange ZTE Open from Ebay, the Wikipedia & Accuweather updates work, but the 13MB System Update will fail and will appear again after the reboot. This System Update notice is safe to ignore, but cannot be cleared.
