When logging onto my Firefox browser from either of my PCs I get "not found on Accelerator" and "Your requested URL was not found" .

When opening Firefox browser, my homepage was is my sbcglobal (ATT / Yahoo) e-mail account. Some of my links still successfully use Firefox to get to the specified URL, but some of the links now don't work automatically and I have to specify what program (i.e. Firefox) to use. I have deleted and re-installed Firefox but the problem persists.

Do you have a dial-up connection which might be using an "Accelerator" product? If not, perhaps it is an add-on that isn't working well with Firefox 13. A standard diagnostic for that is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Manually back up and restore Firefox profile data. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, restart Firefox in Firefox's Safe Mode (Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox) using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the Safe Mode dialog, do not check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode."

Any improvement?
