Why is my clean copy not enabled

Hi, this menu item is dynamically enabled when certain known tracking parameters appear in the URL. I shared an example link in the following thread that definitely should cause the item to be enabled: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1477046 If you right-click the Reddit link in that thread, does Firefox enable the feature? If it's still grayed out, hmm, I wonder what the problem is.
