Firefox is unable to bypass anti-adblock detection on many websites, such as The Hindu, making it difficult to access content.

Interestingly, Brave Browser handles these anti-adblock restrictions very easily, without requiring users to disable ad blocking.

I request the Firefox team to improve its built-in ad-blocking and anti-adblock detection handling to provide a smoother browsing experience.

Please look into this issue.

Why am I suddenly getting pop up adds when I make selections on the browser? When I am a site and move from one page within a site to another page, a pop up add is activated. This started about a month ago.

I used to get advertisements displayed, but since my latest version of Firefox was installed, none are allowed, and there are some sites I access that depend on adverts for their funding, so I cannot access those sites unless I accept adverts. Adverts should not be blocked globally with no way to undo it, if this continues I will have to switch to another browser.

There IS NO SETTINGS > BROWSING tab in settings. Where is this? and why is the doc even wrong?!!!

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

A website added as exception is deleted next time Firefox is used. Cannot find any solution. Can turn off ETP manually via shield symbol in url bar.

I use an ad blocke. This was rarely if ever a problem. However, now it seems that the majority of sites coming up in search results are blocking anyone using an ad blockerwith a pop up appearing requesting I allow ads .... Is there a way around this?

I have Firefox. Sometimes the URL shows but most of the times, it does no show. I am running this URL in ads I have in Leads Leap. This is my business URL and if it doesn't run, I cannot work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have had the URL completely checked out with the Support group where the URL originates. I have followed various technical steps My Daily Impact Support has suggested and nothing has worked. The latest thing I am looking at is the shield to the left of the address bar where i could turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection but the switch cannot be toggled off. I have also tried to pull up this URL on my Chrome and Edge browsers and i cannot access the URL there, either. Support mentioned trying the incognito approach and I have not tried that, yet. From what i am writing here, can you help me?
