Can no longer sign in to Bank of America and Con Edison

Do you have the built–in VPN feature available to you? Can you log in if you enable it?

I do not have a VPN icon anywhere that I can find.

Can you restart into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu) to rule out any addon interference, and also try using a Private Window to get a clean slate without earlier stale data from the sites?

Does any one work on these issues?

Yes, a handful of folks, incl. myself. E.g. ConEd was tested in github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/203910 and it seems to be specific to the user. Similarly to github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/233771 for BofA following the description. Most likely the login elements were removed by users' ad–blockers.

To give you the idea, this is the number of reports — meaning it mostly works for people, otherwise it'd be in hundreds (it's mostly flat with 0 reports a day):

For BOA I tried troubleshooting Mode and Private window. No difference from normal set-up Attached are 2 screen shots. You can see that the formatting of the screen is a little off. I *** out the userid. The password box is not available for i/p

For ConEd. It worked in Private mode, but asked me a security question. Logged on OK. Went to normal mode and it worked normally. Maybe it was a temporary problem with stored cookies.
