Thunderbird has not downloaded new emails for one email address since July 3.
Thunderbird downloads new emails for all my emails except one. Has not downloaded on that one since July 3. Have reset various background settings to match other email accounts. Running on Windows 10. Suggestions?
Using the same settings as my main account: imap.gmail.com SSL/TLS 0Auth2 Tried copying in same local directory as one that is working. No idea what all these do...

Are you seeing any error messages?
Do you see the missing messages on the Gmail web mail page?
Are you absolutely sure it hasn't downloaded anything? Is it possible messages wound up in an unexpected folder due to a message filter or a misconfiguration? See <Account Settings | Synchronization & Storage> for some settings that could affect this.
It's also possible that Quick Filter can be set to hide messages.
Have you used Thunderbird's search features to search for a known, missing message?
If you've double-checked all that stuff and are confident that it's not a settings issue, I'd be inclined to delete the account and re-create it. Keep in mind that this will download all messages on the server. When you do this, also delete any saved passwords for that account. You will be asked to re-authorize when you next start Thunderbird.
It would be good to make a backup copy of your Thunderbird profile before deleting the account. Since it's an IMAP account there should be no danger of data loss, but you never know. And regular backups are a good practice.

No, yes, yes, no change to account, so quick filter isn't hiding anything.
It's now true of another email address as well. Same problem.
Absolutely nothing has been added since early July.
I was trying to avoid deleting the account and recreating it, but it sounds as if this is my only option.
Thank you, Lin.
