There are several ways, including:—

Type about:addins into the Search/URL box. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right and choose 'Add-ons and themes.' Press Ctrl-Shift-A. Click the jigsaw puzzle piece at the right of the Search/URL box and then 'Manage extensions.'
