I have at least some computer knowledge but not enough to understand the link on the crash report that says what this report means. Is there a cliff notes version of why my firefox keeps crashing. I have link to the page so I am not sure what info is needed to help me. I can give screenshots or link info. I'm not sure if it's safe to post everything on report or what is necessary.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

If you have submitted crash reports, please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support).

  • click the "All crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

Alternately, you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

See "Viewing reports outside of Firefox":

I went into troubleshoot mode and it just brought me to a page. I refreshed Firefox and cleared cache. Not sure what else or what I am supposed to do in here.

The crash appears to be related to Nvidia software. Visit about:third-party in the address bar and try blocking nvwgf2umx.dll then restart the browser.

Try updating your graphics drivers from the Nvidia site.
