Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

It is possible that you had already switched to an older profile that hadn't been used for two months to get this notification to refresh.

You can check if there are more profiles present that have been used recently (i.e. check the file dates).
