I just upgraded to FF Quantum 64bit. Smears and dashes appear while scrolling web pages. This is most annoying . I have tried same web pages in Chrome, Opera , and Explorer none have this problem. I tried to attach to this a screenshot of FF and Chrome on same web page. The screenshots will not upload in jpg or other compatible format!!!

Please can someone help.
