Hotmail will not open now Firefox has updated
Firefox has just updated on this laptop and now Hotmail will not open at all. It says 'Firefox can't find the server ' but i can open it on my PC fine. about 90% of the sites i try to open also don't open on my PC, but they open on my laptop. I am not technical and can do little with a computer. How can I get sites to open or should I use another browser? Thanks

Your Firefox reported to the forum that it's version 43. Where did you get Firefox 43 -- the current version is 46?

Which address are you using for Hotmail?
What if you start on the "Live" login page here:
https://login.live.com/login.srf
For other sites that don't load, is there any pattern, for example, is the problem with HTTPS addresses (secure sites) vs. HTTP addresses (regular connection), or anything else you notice?
