I do not want any ads or pop-ups even from Firefox. How can I stop this?
I am getting pop-ups, ads from Firefox. I do have pop-up blocker on. I do not want any of these ads at all. How can I stop them?? VERY ANNOYING! I stopped using IE because of this issue too.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page and look for a good add / pop-up blocker.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
