Installed Norton Security. All works fine except for a pop-up window that says Error 5013,3.

Following instructions I downloaded Norton Power Eraser. When finished, the pop-up window with the addon said I need a newer version of Power Eraser and to "click here."

No mater how many times I try, cant load the new version.

Don't know what I was doing wrong before, but when the pop-up came this time it worked.

I'm glad it worked, but I wish I knew why.

Swarnava, I've tried all of those sites at least 15 times.

I got Norton from Comcast Xfinity. It was offered free. The problem has always been that when the Eraser window comes up, the 'scan' option doesn't work. It's not highlighted. There is a red sentence that says I need newer version of Eraser and to click 'here.'

I have and nothing! nothing! nothing!

Whats even more frustrating, I tried to download with IE and it worked! I got a different Eraser window and the scan button worked.

I would put up with the pop-up from Norton when I'm on Firefox if I was sure there wasn't a serious problem.
