When composing email in Roadrunner webmail (wi.rr.com), Rich Text Editor does not load. Works in Safari.

When I am writing an email using Roadrunner webmail, it cannot load Rich Text Editor when using Firefox. However, this feature works when using Safari. I chatted online with Time Warner support who said it is a browser problem. I am using Firefox 3.6.3 and Mac OS 10.6.3. To my knowledge, I have not loaded any unsupported plugins.

What is the answer? I was able to use it before the latest Firefox download.

I eventually got Rich Text Editor to work; however it loaded VERY slowly-like almost one minute to load.

I stopped using Roadrunner mail in general because of a number of other issues that made it very cumbersome to use. I went to Yahoo mail and have not had any issues.
