Thunderbird did not install
I signed up for Thunderbird. Again. I've been a user for 20+ years. for the last month, I kept getting a message saying it needed a password from/for yahoo. I was stuck.....I didn't know the password and could not get rid of that message, and I couldn't open Thunderbird
So I uninstalled Thunderbird, and just minutes ago tried to reinstall. I got to the donation page, donated, but I never got Thunderbird. I cant get mail from Thunderbird. In fact, I'm not sure it's even installed. Can you help me?
Steve Tilton 847-902-5050 PS.....don't email me, as I don't have Thunderbird installed, thus no email. If you must email...please send it to : srt1002@gmail.com

You must have a password in order to access Yahoo's email servers. If you have lost or forgotten it, you can reset it on the Yahoo web site.
As you download the Thunderbird installer from the official site, <https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/> you will be presented with a request for a donation. The request can be dismissed with the [X] in the upper right corner of the web page, but it doesn't matter because, the installer file will still continue to download. If you have downloaded the Windows installer, you should look for a file named "Thunderbird Setup 159.0.exe" or similar, maybe in your Downloads folder. You must run that file in order to install Thunderbird.
