Nationwide banking pop-ups do not appear on their website. I have checked with them and they are there, but I cannot see them. Nationwide seem to think it is a browser problem., but the pop-up blocker is not enabled

Is this a popup after you log in, i.e. could I see it . . .

Note you are also on Win10 which has old security issues and the bank may not deal well with them
