Chase bank works fine with Firefox - you must be aware that the bank needs to keep up with latest tech which often will put you through hoops which FF has no hand in and changing their sign on addresses is one of the most confusing. You'd best visit a branch and have an agent walk you through the current state of affairs. Should you have a cell phone d/l the Chase app - they are really leaning into the security of phones like apple - I'm not aware of how Android rates but it has a linux kernel so can't be too bad. I had problems which the mobile app made disappear and allows face recognition to boot.
