This is a community support forum as there is no Mozilla support team that provides help here. Yet you expect Mozilla to somehow provide paid support workers to do support for their free to download and use web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for Android and iOS/iPadOS.

Mozilla does have some agents who do provide direct ticket support here for their subscription based products as in Mozilla VPN, MDN Plus, and the Plus/Premium versions of Firefox Relay, Pocket, Mozilla Monitor because that is provided as part of the subscription.

People are volunteering their time to help here and there is no obligation to help in every singe thread that gets posted. People who use language like you are using will just get ignored, more so when you have not even stated what you needed help with since your first thread back in Jan 2024.
