Thank you David My apologies. This has been going on for so long with no one on Support seeming to be able to help I am beginning to lose the will to live. Yes I did enter the wrong address. This time however disregarding that the problem remains that I cannot get into my TB inbox either through opening TB directly or through Gmail as each time inbox is blank, This is as has been since the get go and we have got nowhere. I will try to get a local expert but I am leaning to delete everything TB and start again. Thank you for all your help John Osgerby
