Thunderbird won't connect to our webmail at Heart Internet. We can't receive any emails and often can't send them, though sometimes they will send?! It always asks for the password, which it then doesn't accept (though occasionally it will) or it'll ask us to log in, which it should already be logged in. No idea what's going on!
