Hi

What is the address of the website that you are trying to view?

What level of enhanced tracking protection do you have set?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?

2. Even when I turn off enhanced tracking for the whole app Firefox (Android) won't allow access. Interestingly, using Firefox with a VPN will allow me to access the site and even let me mark the site as an exception to the advanced tracking but it all reverts to "unsafe" if I close the app and restart it again without VPN.

Hi

I can access the site fine without a VPN - I think that you mind that the site is being blocked by your internet service provider or telephone company, possibly in error.

I recommend that you contact their support team for help with this issue.

Thank you for your time and effort. I can access the site with my phone by using the Opera browser app even without using a VPN. I have also messaged the site's IT folks but no response yet. Again, thank you for your interest.
