when trying to watch videos on you tube you have to close the browser and reopen you tube to fix the sound issue:(:(

Does this problem happen when Firefox in Private Mode browser? If it works without issue could be Addon related problems. Did you verify the audio is driver is working correctly along with the speaker connections.
