Hi I hope someone can help me. I get PUA unemployment and I have forgotten my password to my account and I can't claim my weeks on the phone due high call volume and can't claim my weeks online due to not knowing my password and I can't get ahold of anyone at the KDOL cause of once again high volume call. I have faxed them letter after letter, I have mailed them letter after letter, I have sent them emails after emails, and I even call twice an hour from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm everyday and again high callvolume and I need someone to please help me
