Hi joannasasher, could you confirm what kind of system has the problem. I ask because the browser you posted with said it was running on an iPad, so is it Windows (which uses "Options"), Mac (which uses "Preferences"), or iOS, or something else?

When you go to the menu, do you not see "Options" and then on the left hand side of this, there's a "Security and Privacy"
