Customiz the new tab-button has disappeared

Starting a new tab I get a blank page (see the attachement). The button "Customize the new tab" has disappeared. Therefore I can't set up the tiles anymore. It was very comfortable to have the tiles ready for work. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Keazen oplossing

Go to about:config and set browser.newtabpage.enabled = true.
