I cant get new email, says Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com failed is disconnected, However, I can send email to another account and it is sent.

I have made no changes to my computer, on Thursday night it worked fine until my last email came at 11:30pm. In the morning, I can't get connected to the server. I reentered my password several times and still the same. I can get logged in on Hotmail's website with no problems. I tried disabling my Norton antivirus and no change. I have checked and double checked all the server settings they seem to be correct. I get the Login to server imap-mail.outlook.com failed is disconnected. I can send emails and they do get sent, but they don't show up in the sent folder. 

I tried to open the same hotmail account as a 2nd account and got this error message: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIMsgAccountManager.createIncomingServer]"  nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame :: chrome://messenger/content/accountcreation/verifyConfig.js :: verifyConfig :: line 60"  data: no]
